  • 60ml/2oz Bowsaw Bourbon⁠
  • 25ml/0.75oz Lemon Juice⁠
  • 15ml/0.5oz Rich Simple Syrup (2:1)⁠
  • Egg White⁠
  • 5ml/0.5oz Red Wine⁠
  • Lemon Twist

Add the Bowsaw Bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white (optional) into a shaker with ice and shake hard until well-chilled.⁠ Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.⁠ Slowly pour the red wine over the back of a bar spoon so that the wine floats on top of the drink.⁠ Garnish with a lemon twist.
